Privacy Policy
Arrow Out has no accounts and asks for nothing personal. This page explains the little data the game does handle, who it goes to, and the choices you have.
Last updated October 19, 2026Who we are and what this covers
This policy covers the Arrow Out app for Android and this website. Arrow Out is made for a general audience aged 13 and over. If anything here is unclear, write to us. The address is at the bottom of this page.
What we do not collect
There is no account, no sign-up, no chat and nothing to type in. The game does not collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number or any other contact details
- Your precise location. The game does not ask for location permission.
- Your contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera
What stays on your device
Your progress (levels cleared, stars, best times), your hints and your settings (sound, vibration, theme, arrow colours) are saved only on your phone. They are not uploaded to us. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in your phone’s settings, deletes them permanently.
Advertising
The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner below the board, and optional rewarded videos you can choose to watch for one more heart. To show ads and protect against fraud, Google receives technical information such as your device type, operating system, IP address and your device’s advertising ID.
Where the law requires your consent (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the game shows Google’s consent message before any ad is requested, and ads are only personalised if you agree. You can change your choice at any time in Settings, under Privacy choices. Outside those regions, ads may be personalised based on your device’s advertising ID.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone’s settings (Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on the phone).
Gameplay analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to learn how the game is played so we can improve it: which levels are started, cleared or failed, how long they take, how many mistakes and hints are used, and how often players watch an ad to continue. We also record your settings (such as theme and sound on or off) so we can see which options people use.
These events are linked to a random app-instance ID that Firebase creates when the game is installed, and may also be associated with your device’s advertising ID. They are not linked to your name or any account. Firebase may use your IP address to estimate a general region such as your country. Analytics data is kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
Crash reports
We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports when the game stops working. A report contains technical details such as your device model, operating system version, app version, and what the game was doing at the time (for example the level number). It is linked to a random installation ID, not to you. We use it only to find and fix bugs.
Updates, ratings and sharing
The game asks Google Play whether a newer version is available, and may require you to update before playing. When you choose to rate the game or share it, the game opens Google Play or your phone’s share menu. What you then do there is covered by Google’s and the receiving app’s own policies, not by the game.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. The only services that receive data from the game are Google’s, described above, and only for the purposes described above:
This website
This website has no cookies, no analytics, no trackers and no forms. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google.
Children
Arrow Out is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game in a way that shared personal information with us, contact us and we will help.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to ask what data relates to you, to have it deleted, or to object to its use. To make a request, email hello@krapton.com. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Because we hold nothing that identifies you, we usually cannot match a person to the pseudonymous analytics or crash records. To stop all collection straight away, uninstall the game, which also deletes everything stored on your device. If you write to us, we will explain what we can do and help as far as we are able.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the game handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
